TRAI 100 SMS 20 Nov
As per TRAI’s Fifty Fourth Amendment Updated THE TELECOMMUNICATION TARIFF Order,  2012 which will effect from 20 November 2012 .
According to this Update,The Tariff will be for SMS:
ITEM TARIFF
1. Upto one hundred SMS per SIM per day Forbearance
2. Every SMS beyond one hundred SMS per SIM per day Not Less Than 50 paisa/SMS But Telecom Comapanies(TATA,AIRTEL,IDEA) Usually Charge Re.1/SMS for Local SMS and Rs.1.5/SMS for National SMS
So From 20th November 2012, You can send 100 SMS Free if you have activate any SMS usage pack, when your 100 SMS limit exceeded then your Service provider charge you Re.1/SMS for Local SMS and Rs.1.5/SMS for National SMS. 
PS: It can be 50 Paisa/SMS for your Service provider As TRAI’s SMS Tariff is “Not Less Than 50 Paisa/SMS After 100 SMS a Day”. So  Do confirm before Smsing over 100’s SMS.
The Telecom company send SMS’s to their customer for this change , As I use TATA DOCOMO I have received the Same Message:
“As per TRAI rules from 20-Nov-12, SMS pack & free user can get 100 discounted & free SMS/day, Thereafter SMS will be charged as Local@Re1 and National@Rs.1.5”

Now a day’s if we contact customer care of any network they charge us 50 Paisa / 3 Minute . We often have doubt and problem with the network provider or we try to inquiry about new scheme and offers, so we have to pay the call chargers for conversation with customer care.

Vodafone : How to call free to Vodafone Customer-Care.

We often use 111 or 9888098880 for customer care service with 50paisa/3 minute charge , But now you can call customer care free of cost .

Call “198” and “Select Language if asked” then after this Press “4” , Now your call transfer to customer care free of cost.

Note:- You can call at max 2 times a day, if u call 3 time in a single day then your number will be blocked for this service for 7 Days.

TATA DOCOMO:- How to call free to customer care .

  • Dial “198” select language if asked  then press “2” after that press again “2” then press “1” and after this press “9”

    e.g. dial 198 then press => 2,2,1,9

    Now your call transfer to customer care service.

Note:- You can call at max 2 times a day, if u call 3 time in a single day then your number will be blocked for this service for 7 Days.

IDEA:- How to call free to customer care in IDEA.

  • Dial “198” select language if asked, then just listen announcement then press “4” and after this press “3.

    e.g. Dial 198 => then press => 3, 4

    Now your call transfer to customer care service.
