Now we don’t need to use Free SMS site’s, We can now send free sms to any Contact number through “Google Gmail”. This feature was already enabled in US , UK and some other country, But Now its enabled in India too.

So what you are waiting for , just try the Free SMS service by Gmail , But it have limitation too, which is explained below:

Google Provide every one 50 Credit
Per SMS send by you cost 1 Credit, But this is not the end
if we receive, 1 reply we get 5 credit plus in out credit balance, So you don’t need to worry about credit balance .
Sent unlimited SMS’s , but always remember that your credit balance not be exceeded by 50.

In India, its works on all network and respond back very fast(Message Delivery within 1-10 sec.).

Here Is the simple Step How You Can Send SMS over Gmail:

Step 1: Just Login To Gmail .

Step 2: Look , downward in the left , You will see the chating search box there(As Shown Below)

Step 3: Now Enter the number on which you want to send SMS, Or you can choose the contact from you Gmail Contact List.

Now , Just Enter or click on “Send SMS” ! You can also make a call from Gmail too it you have balance .

Step 4: Now a popup window appears , Which is asking for contact name , Country of the number , and other option related to Number.

If you had already saved the same contact then Step 4 is not needed.

Click on “Save” to go further .

Step 5: Now , a box appear on the right bottom side, same like chat box , write you message and press enter.. that set when the receiver reply to the same SMS then you credit will be (Plus) +5.
