  1. How search engines work

Traditional search engine rank pages according to the number of times a key word or search term appears on the page. In the past, this has caused some less-than-honorable people to repeat key words over and cover in an effort to increase their ranking. The search engines caught on to that little practice, however, and started banning sites that repeated keywords In an unreasonable (that is, underhanded) manner.

Google, the most popular search engines, takes a slightly different approach. According to Google’s website, their process works like this:

We use more than 200 signals, including our patented PageRankTM algorithm, to look at the whole link structure of the web and establish which pages are most essential. We then conduct hypertext-matching study to verify which pages are relevant to the specific search being conducted. By combining overall value and query-specific relevance, we’re able to put the most relevant and dependable results first.

In essence, Google examines not just the page, but the whole website, to evaluate the relationships between the pages and therefore the importance of the content within them. This means a key word used in a headline could indicate that it is of greater importance than a key word used only within the body copy.

Google is often referred to as a “crawler-based” search engine, because its systems “crawl” or “spider” the web to find relevant data. By contrast, some search engines are directory based and merely provide an index of sites, but they don’t necessarily seek out related data. Each SEO has its own way of indexing data, in an effort to increase speed and efficiency.

You need to be listed in 3 search engines namely Google, Yahoo and Bing to reach the vast majority of search engine users.

    Search engines consider popularity
This is one case where a popularity contest counts, at least to a certain extent. Some search engines, such as Google, consider how many related sites link to a particular page. Google will first show sites that appear to be popular for those search terms. How does it determine what’s popular? Two ways:

    1. Incoming links
    2. User input

When complementary websites link to yours, Google considers that to be a sign of your site’s value or worth. Even the search engines that don’t allow users to promote certain links do consider user input. When you search for a phrase, the search engine tracks which links are actually clicked within the search results. It records that information and adjusts its results as needed, to ensure the most likely links display before those that are rarely clicked.

    How sited get listed
For any web site owner, getting a site listed in the Search Engine Optimization is certainly an important task. All three of the top search engines provide free online forms used to recommend new or updated sites.

Usually, just submitting your site using theses free tools is enough to get you listed, but it’s not enough to get you anywhere near the top of the search results.

  2. Toner Cartridge

Toner is a powdery substance used to print text and images on paper using printers and photocopier machines. To bind the toner to the paper polymer is present in it which is melted by the heat of the fuser and the particles bind to the paper. Present day machines feed toner from sealed laser toner cartridges. Now-a-days toner comes in four colours cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CYMK).

The various types of polymer used in toner vary, but mostly consists of styrene acrylate copolymer, styrene butadiene copolymer or other special polymers. Present day toners have particle size between 8-10 micro meters which gives better resolution and printing at 600 dots per inch. Developmental work to create better toner is still going on and some companies are using chemical process to manufacture toner particles from molecular agents.

The component in which the toner is stored and used from is called toner cartridge. It’s the consumable part of a printer or photocopier machine. Since the cost of manufacturing toner cartridges is high and not environment friendly, used toner cartridges are collected by companies and recycled which comes at lesser price than the original cartridge. To save cost many user refill their cartridges with toner refill kit.
